What benefits is there for me to have my own website?
You just opened pandora’s box. The internet is extremely cheaper than any other printing media you could use. You can change the content any time as frequently as you like. The internet has broken the geographical barrier and became accessible virtually anywhere in the world. You are able to reach people in countries you are unable to reach previously. No more turning customers away when it is time to leave shop or to close down for weekends or holidays. Clients can view and read through your website in the comfort of their own home, without the fuss of a sales person distracting and stressing them out. A website is a self-service medium. Entertain your viewer with advice, tips and general interesting content for them to read. This will help them remember you more.
The internet allows for virtual marketing, where your clients spread the marketing by word of mouth.
It also allows them to quickly leave feedback on your products or marketing approach. Who better to judge your website other than your clients? With website statistics you can track how much visitors has seen your website and where most of your clients come from, from that information you can plan your next marketing strategy.
